We are seeking a skilled Superintendent to join our high-end custom home building company. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction phase of our projects, including scheduling, quality control, safety, and subcontractor management. The candidate will work collaboratively with architects, designers, engineers, and project managers to ensure successful project outcomes.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the construction phase of custom home builds, remodels, and renovations
• Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines to ensure successful project outcomes
• Manage subcontractors and other project personnel to ensure quality work and adherence to project schedules
• Monitor project budgets and costs, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Work collaboratively with architects, designers, engineers, and project managers to identify and address design and construction issues
• Manage all aspects of the site, including material deliveries, site cleanliness, and site safety
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates and ensure satisfaction
• Ensure that project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project plans, are complete and accurate

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required, with additional trade school or apprenticeship training preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in high-end custom home construction
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
• Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
